Bad Boy Isn't My Type
I gave up on A Child Called "It" and began reading this book. It's very good and heart stopping in many places. The main character, Andy Deeks, has moved from America to England to go to an (unnamed) university. Since she doesn't get very much money every month before she moves to England she finds a roommate. When she moves out to England we find out that it's a boy. He is super rude and hates Andy. Andy's best friend Kenzi lives next door with a roommate whom turns out to be Andy's roommate , Hunter's, brother, Seb. I found out that Kenzi and Andy are both break dancers and take part in competitions all around the world. When they found a new group in there new town they have to abandon there old one. We then find out that Hunter and Seb used to be part of a gang that there father originated. They both quit and now the gang is after all 4 of them.

So Andy got kidnapped by hunter and seb's dad. They severely injured her and was given a warning to stay away from the boys, give the dad the gun and necklace that hunter and seb stole, or else Andy and her mom would be killed. THen Seb and Hunter make a plan to get there father away from andy and her mom.
Andy has really changed since the beginning of the story. AT the beginning she was a goody two shoes who always cared what people thought of her, all that mattered to her was her grades and her dancing. Now she is much different, her grades dont really matter to her and she just cares about boys.

So Hunter wrote on Andy's back HUNTER with sunlotion so hunter was sunburnt onto her skin. To get him back she put her self on an intercom at a bike racing place and announced that hunter's mommy was out front to give hunter some money and now Hunter is teaching Andy how to drive and Andy crashed in to a field fence.
Hunter has changed alot since the beginning of the story. He has done the opposite of what is happening with Andy. He's becoming a better person and nicer. AN example of this is when he told Andy he wanted to go to her dad's wedding with her. He wouldn't usually do that because he is not the dating type.

Hunter and Andy are FINALLY together!! I knew it would happen because they have a lot of chemistry and the author has hinted through the book that this would happen. They are now a very cute couple and Hunter is very protective of her. Though because of all the gang problems going on there is a lot of danger and because of his protectiveness Andy is becoming a big target and everyone is worried she is going to get hurt. SO Hunter and ANdy have been moving to different protecting houses every two weeks. Oh, and Kenzi( Andy's best friend) and Seb (Hunter's brother) broke up.
Chapter 47-49
ReplyDeleteSo my book came to an end. Andy and Hunter have managed to still stay together! At the end there was a huge gang fight in a whore house. Andy thought Hunter was dead but he wasn't. He had been wearing a bullet proof vest. They ended up being able to kill Hunter's dad, which was the objective. But since his dad was dead, Hunter would have to take over the gang. Kenzi and Seb end up back together and you find out that Seb and Hunters dad, Cole, had forced Seb to break up with Kenzi.
